I got to see both kids on their birthdays this year. On Ian's birthday, we went out to Friendly's for lunch and ice cream, then went bicycle shopping(thanks to gift cards from 2 sets of grandparents) and then followed it up with a Frosty at Wendy's.
Emma had a Jazz Band concert on her birthday. I got to finally see her play her flute in a performance. We all had dinner and Ian and I got to play a little Nintendo DS Mario Kart.
The kids did a great job... Hopefully the video is clear enough to hear and see a little.
