This is the property we have put a contract on: This is on a small mountain just to the east edge of the town of Rouzerville, PA. 3BR/2BA and a large Family room in the lower level with a door that can easily be a 4th BR when all the kids are with us. I will try to get some pics of the mountain from a little ways down the road to give you a better idea of the lay of the land.
The house is built into a very steep grade.
With the garage attached, I guess I don't have the excuse of having to go outside to the garage to work out or run on the treadmill...
